News of Sacred Russia 04.02.2012: Procession and meeting has taken place in Moscow For fair elections!

In procession and meeting For fair elections! in Moscow have taken part Princes of Russia. On action has gathered more than 100 thousand freedom-loving Muscovites, weather did not indulge demonstrators it was – 20 degrees on Celsius.

Processions today have taken place in Moscow and other cities of Russia and meetings For fair elections! with the main slogan Russia will be without Putin! Despite of abnormal frosts, free citizens of Russia have left to make the protest against the executive and legislative authorities which usurping the position in a society and have crushed eternal concepts of freedom and validity.

Demonstrators have passed from the Kaluga area up to the Bolotnaya area. Muscovites have been divided into 4 curias: column left and patriots, nationalists, liberals, and right at the beginning of procession there were civil active workers. This construction has caused bewilderment in holding meeting people, in result at the approach to the Bolotnaya area all demonstrators have got mixed up and represented representatives of free Russia which has told resolute NO! to falsifications of elections and V.V. Putin's promotion on the third presidential lines. Russia will be without Putin! scanned thousand people.

Many demonstrators have prepared houses and various posters and extensions in which derided Putin with his contempt for the advanced Internet users and social network Facebook which the Prime minister has publicly called network hamsters bore. On procession came more than 100 thousand person, even dependent Putin’s the police have recognized authorities, that on action have gathered more than 36 thousand person. According to opposition in demonstration have taken part more than 100 thousand person. At participants of the action grasped spirit from a continuous stream of people. All participants looked intelligent people – students and teachers, workers of banks and offices, small and average business. Their persons shined happiness and participation in great event - to public expression of collective contempt of Muscovites to working authority. We not slaves, slaves not we! We free people of free Russia!

At the same time on mountain Poklonnaya the authority has organized meeting supporters of Putin. The name of a place of meeting – mountain Poklonnaya – gave out slavish and dependent essence of demonstrators that is they came to bow to security officer Putin. The Moscow authorities force has forced employees of official bodies and the companies to go on meeting. For example, all employees of regional Bureaus of Technical expert appraisal of Moscow the heads has forced to come on meeting, threatening with absence of quarter bonuses and dismissal in case of resistance to orders of authority.

This anti constitutional pressure upon free citizens of Russia once again confirms usurpation of authority by Putin and his command. There is nobody any more secret that same people will violently force civil servants to vote on March 4, 2012 for V.V. Putin.

News of Sacred Russia 03.02.2012: Actions on preparation of procession and meeting For fair elections! on 04.02.2012.

Princes of Russia have taken part in creation of Civil Council of movement For fair elections! and sessions of the Russian political committee (RPC) within the framework of preparation of procession and meeting.

On January 22, 2012 session of working group of civil movement on which began formation of Civil Council from 30 representatives of civil public organizations has taken place. 15 organizations have been determined by direct vote, the others 15 participants were defined by SMS voting’s.

Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev say thanks for all friends and colleagues who has given it the voices, allowed enters structure of Civil Council on behalf of the Union of writers of Russia.

The first session of the generated curia (group) of public organizations of Civil Council will take place today 03.02.2012 at 19-00 in studio SOTV.

News of Sacred Russia 17.01.2012: Princes of Russia have taken part in session of Organizing committee of meeting For fair elections!

Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev and Prince Yuriy Novikov have accepted active participation in development of decisions of Organizing committee on carrying out of procession 04.02.2012 For fair elections!

Session of Organizing committee passed within 5.5 hours. For this time participants of assembly have considered weight of the major questions in activity of the Russian protest movement For fair elections!

The assembly on January 17, 2012 has officially ratified the name of the organization Civil movement and the name of executive committee of movement – Civil Council.

Participants of session have accepted number of the important documents, in particular the reference Are not present Putin! Is not present autocracy! For fair and free Russia!, have confirmed the Contract of the civil consent and the Purposes which unite us have familiarized with the document.

The rules and structure of an agency of Civil movement have been authorized.

Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has proposed to not carry out Internet – voting on formation of Civil Council, and to make Advice of representatives of a civil society who really participates in work of Organizing committee of meeting, and also to generate Advice from representatives of political movements and public organizations in proportion 1/3 on 2/3. The first offer has been maintained, and the second offer has not passed, as have decided to divide places of Advice in proportion 50 % into 50 %.

Civil Council has been formed from representatives of political movements in equal parts (representation on 10 people) from left, liberals and nationalists, only 30 people. Second half of Council has been formed from representatives of a civil society in quantity 30 person. In total Council included 60 representatives of participants of protest movement For fair elections!

The first session of Civil Council open for all comers is appointed to January 26, 2012. At this assembly organizational questions on carrying out of procession 04.02.2012 For fair elections! will be considered.

We cost on a threshold, probably, one of the most complex periods in history of Russian people and in general terrestrial civilization. We together should defend peacefully rights of Russian people on worthy political system, to protect our country from usurpation of authority by bureaucratic and oligarchic minority, to put on place of the politicians who have played by authority and puppeteers, to put things in order in economy and social life.

It is quite probable, that in the near future with a planet there will be scale natural phenomenon – rotation (Kolovorot) as our ancestor named or catastrophic turn of planet concerning plane of ecliptic.

For protection of Russian people against approaching danger we have founded Nova Church of Sacred Russia which should provide preservation of the population from adverse geophysical and spiritual factors. Within the framework of activity of our White Church we shall christen in addition all orthodox people the Cube of Russia, establishing around of the person quantum power field for amplification of immunity and protective functions of an organism to prevent influence of amazing factors of an environment.

The modern authority and church in Russia do nothing for rescue of people, being engaged in enrichment and construction of confidential bunkers and the whole cities intended for rescue of elected elite as which they rank themselves.

Scientific XXIII International conference on problems of civilization has taken place in Moscow University RosNoU. At session participants of Fund of Princes Valeriy Kubarev and Ivan Kartsev have acted with reports.

Conference was opened by Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev. It has presented scientific community reports Overlooked Orthodoxy of Russia and Pseudo–Rurikid from Poland-Lithuanian szlyahta.

In the first report the author on a basis richly the illustrations has told about theoretical and historical bases of creation of Nova Church of Sacred Russia. Valeriy Kubarev has shown features of Antiquated Christianity from Old Testament of the first millennium of our era, has told about acts of patriarchs of mankind from the Sort of Russ – Flavius. Далее на конференции с докладом выступил Иван Сергеевич Карцев, автор и модератор краеведческого проекта «Наше Ополье» - древних земель финно-угорской Руси. Доклад называется «Индивидуальный подход как метод изучения истории Отечества». На основе генеалогических и ДНК исследований автору удалось проследить развитие и расселение рода Карцевых на протяжении около 700 лет по просторам финно-угорской Руси.

Угорская ветвь Карцевых относится к Рюриковичам, но последние 600 лет они уже не были князьями. Представители рода проявили выдающиеся способности, работали купцами, казначеями, военными и даже зажиточными крестьянами. Анализ архивных данных и ДНК-тестирования Карцевых подтверждает существование реальных исторических событий на территории Руси, совпадающих с общеисторическими представлениями об этом периоде. Не о каких новых хронологических казусах не может быть и речи. Ведь никому в голову не придет подделывать архивные записи и сказки об одной зажиточной крестьянской семье на протяжении 700 лет.

The Assembly of Princes and Grand-Ducal House of Rurikovich count elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, taken place 04.12.2011, forged and false, and results is illegitimate.

Elections past in Russia to the State Duma have shown with all presentation illegality of modern authority in Russia. The legislature in the country was on eyes at all people and world community is usurped Putin’s clan.

From 19.11.2011 in the Temple of the Christ of the Savior the Christian relic – camel belt of Sacred Virgin Maria Vladimirovna is exposed for worship. The delegation of Princes of Sacred Russia could not touch relic of Christians.

In the beginning of November to Russia there has arrived belt of Sacred Virgin Maria Vladimirovna from Athos. The belt in the beginning of XI century Maria Vladimirovna has personally presented monks of Athos monastery. It is not surprising in fact the belt is dated end X century.

In Moscow the relic has been exposed in the Temple of the Christ of the Savior. Since Sunday relic has visited hundred thousand pilgrims. Today since morning to touch relic the delegation of Princes of Russia has gone. They began in the alive turn of pilgrims begin at the end of the Frunze quay. The turn was stretched up to the Temple of the Christ of the Savior along quay. The temperature of air about 5 degrees was lower than zero, the Sun however shined and pilgrims had joyful, high spirits. Along road there were fences and buses in which it was possible to get warm. Were as well mobile toilets, to take advantage with which it was uneasy and many buses were faulty.

News of Sacred Russia 03.10.2011: the court under the cassation of Fund of Princes about Moscow Kremlin has come to the end.

The FAC of the Moscow district has considered the cassation of Fund of Princes under the claim for the term less right of use of the Moscow Kremlin and has left decisions of the previous instances without changes. Now Princes Ruricovich with pure heart declare to the Kremlin gang – Have gone out from Kremlin! We shall achieve clearing of our family relics of usurpers political methods.

At session the judiciary board has found out, that within the framework of process petitions of the claimant about get proofs, namely passports of objects of the real estate from BTE have not been satisfied. The given documents are necessary for finding-out of the exact name and cadastral numbers of objects, that in turn it is necessary for specification and a concrete definition of a subject of the claim. However the court of the first instance of the requirement of the claimant has not executed though has satisfied petitions. Documents from BTE, except for the letter with refusal, in business are not submitted and were not investigated. Thus, the court had been found out the decision on a question connected with the real estate without identification, an exact establishment of an accessory and names of this real estate.

In appeal instance the claimant repeatedly declared petitions about get proofs, and with court have been satisfied. However documents BTE and has not given. Not granting of the given documents as it was already spoken, has broken rights of the claimant, and except for it has led to removal by courts of judicial certificates concerning real estate without due research and studying of a question.

By court of the first instance also it has been specified, that transfer of the Moscow Kremlin to term less using to the claimant being the noncommercial organization, does not correspond to a mode of protection and use of the Moscow Kremlin being a president residence of the Russian Federation. Thus the court has referred to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from January 31, 1992 No. 82 About an official president residence of the Russian Federation and the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from August 7, 2004 No. 1013 Questions of the Federal protection service of the Russian Federation. However the given Decrees do not contain any interdictions on accommodation in the Kremlin other organizations which are not concerning to the President of the Russian Federation, to Managements of the President of the Russian Federation, FSS, or to other state bodies. Moreover, in the Kremlin the organizations which are not having such attitude are now placed. And accordingly listed certificates are put in motivation of refusal under the claim not legally. However the court of appeal instance considered such motivation of the Decision lawful that, in opinion of the claimant, is not correct application of norms of the right.

However to expect for impartiality of court of cassation instance it was not necessary, as bias and political underlying reason in the decision of the given affair was obvious.

The court has refused to direct business on repeated consideration to court of the first instance and has left the decision and the decision of courts of the previous instances without changes.

Claimants are going to direct business to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and then in the European court under human rights.

Now Princes Ruricovich with pure heart declare to the Kremlin gang – Have gone out from Kremlin! We shall achieve clearing of our family relics of usurpers political methods.

The Decree № 11 about the conclusion of the Alliance between Grand-Ducal August House of Rurikovich in Russia and House of Landgraf von Gorka in Germany is signed and Coat of arms of the Alliance is authorized.

News of Sacred Russia 25.09.2011: Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has acted on oppositional meeting of Committee of five requirements.

Today the meeting of opposition organized by Committee of five requirements has taken place in Moscow on Pushkinsky square. On meeting the colleague of Russian party Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has made speech.

On meeting in the center of Moscow, despite of bad weather, have gathered few hundred people, demanded resignation of the government, carrying out of fair and transparent elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation and presidential elections in 2012. Holding meeting called to recognize the future elections illegal and forged as the authority refuses to recognize legitimate rights and freedom of Russian people.

Participants of assembly have declared, that there can be no beforehand predetermined presidential elections and parliament when already results of voting at congress of swindlers and thieves yesterday appear. Only to people to decide, who will enter the Duma and becomes the President.

On meeting Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev who has sounded the offer has acted to form National Election Commission (NEC), where to include representatives of all unregistered parties of Russia. NEC should collect by mail voices of voters which wanted to vote for parties of opposition or against all.

Fund of Princes and Grand-ducal August House of Rurikovich congratulates Russian people on Holiday Day of Deceased of Sacred Virgin. This day Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has accepted the offer of group of adherents of political movement the Russian party uniting adherents through the Internet and social networks and became the colleague of Russian party. News of Sacred Russia 25.08.2011: under threat of failure of action on celebrating the 1150-anniversary of origin of the Russian statehood.

Fund of Princes has received from Ministry of culture the Russian Federation and ROC letters from which follows, that the Government of the Russian Federation ignores the Decree № 267 from 03.03.2011 the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev and Russian Church is not interested in celebration of Grand Prince Rurik.

It was found out, that the program of celebrating of the 1150-anniversary of origin of the Russian statehood in 2012 will not be financed by the Government of the Russian Federation properly. In particular, Fund of Princes has received the letter № 5422-01-64/01-АБ from 08.08.2011, signed by the Deputy Minister of culture A.E. Busygin. The citation from the letter:

« According to the letter of Governmental body of the Russian Federation from July 8, 2011 № П44-28437 about offers of Fund of Princes … in the plan of celebrating of the 1150-anniversary of Russian statehood Ministry of culture of Russia informs.
… Taking into account necessity of optimization of charges of the federal budget, anniversary actions will be carried out in 2012 within the limits of the means stipulated in the federal budget to interested federal enforcement authorities and the Russian academy of sciences.
In this connection it is expedient to initiators of projects to consider an opportunity of realization of actions within the framework of inappropriate assignments »

Actually the Government of the Russian Federation has refused to finance almost all actions of Fund in 2012. Thus the Ministry of culture has agreed to support festival of choral singing on share conditions. Under our information practically all other organizations which have put forward the offers in the plan of solemn actions of 2012, have received similar refusals. To find inappropriate assignments for these purposes it is represented by the extremely improbable event.

Fund of Princes has received also the answer from Patriarchy ROC concerning to the initiative of Fund on canonization Rurik, as regal благоверного the monarch – the founder of the Russian statehood. The letter № O-034 from 15.08.2011 has come from the Synod commission on canonization sacred, signed by hegumen Joseph (Krukov). The citation is:

« According to Definition of the Sacred Synod from July 7, 1989: «... The initiative about excitation of questions on canonization should proceed from the Sacred Synod or from ruling Firsts Priest bishops ». Laymen and the public organizations esteeming the devotee of piety, on all questions of his glorification address to ruling Firsts Priest. The bishop on a place collects a necessary historical material and certificates on sanctity of the devotee, carries out research of a question and the conclusions, results of work represents or to the Most Holy Patriarch, or is direct in the Commission.

Actually ROC has sent us the formal reply caused by unwillingness of church to discuss a question on canonization Rurik. In fact we have addressed directly to the Patriarch Moscow and All Russia to Cyril is Firsts Priest to the bishop of the Moscow diocese.

We believe that the similar bureaucratic attitude to the important cultural–historical, state and religious question, and also game in ping-pong by letters do not correspond to pious aspirations ROC in business of education and education at believers of respect for founders of the Russian statehood and the Orthodox Church.

Subject of meetings is the History of Russia and Russia, Founders of the Russian statehood, Culture, religion and customs of peoples of Russia, an exchange of opinions with representatives of people and local elites.
Special programs are for regions in which were kept Kremlin or fortresses of Rurikovich.

Financing of the project are probably due to local budgets.

News of Sacred Russia 31.05.2011: Fund of Princes has initiated canonizations of Grand Duke Rurik.

Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has addressed with the message to the Patriarch Moscow and All Russia to Cyril with the offer to canonize Grand Duke Rurik in honor of the 1150-anniversary of origin of the Russian statehood.

On the data of Bulgarian chronicles and the Byzantium sources in 860 sacred Cyril and Methodies have gone to capital khazar Khaganate Itil with mission of christening Rurik and sermons of Christianity. Causes regret the fact of that first founder of Russian statehood Grand Duke Rurik, despite of his greatest role in creation of Russia as the state recognized in the world, has not been canonized. Thus his later descendants have been ranked as face Sacred.

We believe that in spirit and the letter of the Decree of the President of Russia About celebrating the 1150-anniversary of origin of the Russian statehood No.267 from March 03, 2011 it is necessary to lead celebration of the persons who have put in pawn bases of Russia. At our modest sight, is more than a worthy occasion to render honor to Grand Duke Rurik and to put before Bishop Cathedral of Russian Orthodox Church a question on his canonization, as regal kind true the monarch – first founder of the Russian statehood.

News of Sacred Russia 09.03.2011: President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev has signed the Decree About celebrating the 1150-anniversary of the Russian statehood № 267 from 03.03.2011.

With a view of the further consolidation of the Russian society and in connection with the 1150-anniversary of origin of the Russian statehood executing in 2012, the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev has decided to lead the state celebrating calling Rurik to Novgorod on reigning.

Today the Decree № 267 from 03.03.2011 the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedeva about carrying out in 2012 of the state holiday devoted to origin of the Russian statehood, namely calling Rurik on reigning by northern tribes of Finn-Ugric has been published.

On Russian sources, Stories of Time Years (STY), Rurik have been called to correct Novgorod citizen in 862. In annals it is told: Have told to Russ Chudi, Sloveni, Krivichi and Vesi: Our Earth is great and plentiful, and the order in it is not present. Come to reign and own us.

11.02.2011 on NTV during the most rating time – evening of Friday show of state of Emergency Investigation Impostors, and then show Gene of Absolute power journalist Paul Lobkov have left. In a telecast Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has been shown.

News of Sacred Russia 06.12.2010: Arbitration court of Moscow has given up in the claim to Fund of Princes.

06.12.2010 deciding judicial session of Arbitration court of Moscow under the claim of Fund of Princes for reception of the right of term less using by the Moscow Kremlin has taken place. Judge A.A. Grechishkin has given up to Fund in satisfaction of the claim.

Judicial session began at 10 o'clock 15 minutes. From respondents there were two lawyers, from Fund of Princes – lawyer Danila Yaroslavtsev, Prince Jury Novikov-Glinsky and Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev. On session representatives of Russian people – participants of the self-proclaimed National republic Russia again were.
First of all Judge A.A. Grechishkin has considered applications and petitions of representatives of Russian minority in recognition of their thirds party of process. It has born definition with refusal in satisfaction of petitions.
Then Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has asked court to file materials of genetic researches of participants of Fund of Princes in which the accessory of princes and participants of Fund to lineal descendants of Rurik has been proved. In the answer Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has suggested respondents to conclude the agreement of lawsuit and to solve these questions beyond the framework of the given court. Respondents have told, that the given actions cannot be made within the framework of the present process that was is proved. Nevertheless, respondents have opened a door which claimants could enter. Fund of Princes within 10 days will prepare the offers as the contract draft of using separate objects of the Moscow Kremlin and will direct to their authorities of the Russian Federation.
After prompt acquaintance with documents across the Moscow Kremlin, the word was received with lawyer Danila Yaroslavtsev and has supported initial claim requirements as claimants did not have opportunity to specify claim requirements.
With long speech Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has acted. It has made small historical digression and has proved claims of Fund of Princes for the Kremlin. Prince has asked court to satisfy claim requirements even in part as for activity of Fund of Princes and Assembly of Princes it is necessary to have an opportunity using Granovitaya chamber and Teremnoy palace, and also the Kremlin cathedrals and temples.
The court has passed to debate of the parties which they have refused, referring on sufficiency of the received data and an invariance of positions. The decision of court has been predetermined at the highest levels. Fair consideration of an affair to expect it was not necessary.
After two hours of process, Judge A.A. Grechishkin has left for removal of the decision.
The verdict of court was that in satisfaction of the claim to Fund of Princes refused. Motivations have not been sounded. Probably, Judge A.A. Grechishkin at the moment of announcement of the decision of the bases for refusal yet has not formulated. Fund of Princes, after reception of a written verdict, will appeal against the decision of court. The fund will protest decisions of courts down to the Supreme Court, then will address in the European court.
In any case, Fund of Princes is satisfied with conducting an affair by Judge A.A. Grechishkin and results of process. Nobody expected for an immediate victory. In severe constraints of existing orders in Russia, the judge has given chance to Fund of Princes, for the first time in the newest history so far to promote in suit with executive authority. The public has had an opportunity to familiarize even with a part of documents across the Moscow Kremlin and to remove taboo from inviolability of the Russian authority. In recent times there were no even attempts to ask inconvenient questions Kremlin bosses.
Princes of Russia will continue the mission on restoration of aristocracy of Russian people, the right of use the Moscow Kremlin and his objects – Granovitaya chamber, Teremnoy palace, and temples of the Kremlin, walls and towers of ancient fortress of Rurikovivh will resolutely achieve. News of Sacred Russia 18.10.2010: session of Arbitration court of Moscow across the Moscow Kremlin has taken place

Today the third session of Arbitration court of Moscow on business № А40-50010/10-109-382 about recognition of the right of term less using the Moscow Kremlin behind Fund of Princes from 14-00 till 15-30 has taken place.

Respondents is the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Federal agency on management of the state property were on session in quantity two person.

From Fund ANRC of Princes there was Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev, Princess Natali Golitsyna, genealogist Paul Shvarev, Olga Mlechina and lawyer Danila Yaroslavtsev.

At session there were numerous correspondents and film crews of three telechannels: 5 channel Petersburg, TVC, Zvezda and Russia Today.

As the probable third party in process have taken part Tatyana Vasiljevna Barysheva and its lawyer Kuvshinkov Vladimir Zaharovich, representing National Republic Russ.

Judge A.A. Grechishkin first of all has heard the Petition from Tatyana's party Barysheva of recognition of its thirds party of process. The claimant and Respondents asked Court to reject the given Petition as process could not strike at the right of madam Barysheva and its organization. Judge Grechishkin A.A. has left in a consultative room, having returned, has born Definition of court in which has given up to recognize madam Barysheva as the third party of process.

Then Respondents have addressed to court with the Petition for attraction by the third party of process the Administrative office of the President of the Russian Federation and Federal Protection Service (FPS). Respondents also have demanded to carry out sessions of Court under the given Claim in the closed mode, referring on possible privacy of given documents. Thus Respondents have not showed Court and the Claimant documents across the Moscow Kremlin, obtained on demand on the last session of Court 16.08.2010.

The claimant did not object to satisfaction of the given Petition as the Claimant himself wanted to involve the specified organizations in consideration of an affair. However the Claimant has expressed against conducting an affair in the closed mode.

Judge A.A. Grechishkin has left in a consultative room then has born definition of Court about attraction of the Administrative office of the President of the Russian Federation and the Federal Protection service as the third party on business in open judicial session.

The claimant has submitted to Court the Petition for attraction FGUK GIKMZ « Moscow Kremlin » as the third party as process infringed on interests of the given legal person. Respondents objected to attraction to business FGUK GIKMZ « Moscow Kremlin ».

Judge A.A. Grechishkin has left in a consultative room, then has born definition of Court in which has recognized FGUK GIKMZ « Moscow Kremlin » as the Respondent on the given process.
Thus consideration of an affair in essence at the given session of court has not taken place.

Judge Grechishkin A.A. has appointed the next hearing on which, at last, the Claimant and Respondents will manage to consider business on an essence to December 6, 2010 and to come to a possible consensus or to rely on the decision of Judge Grechishkin A.A.

The claimant during hearing did not manage to give on considerations of Court results of DNA-genealogic researches of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev which prove 100 % an accessory of Grand Prince to Sort of Svaytorus Rurikovich-Monomackh. The given documents will be submitted to Arbitration court of Moscow and Respondents at the following judicial hearing.

On September 19-27, 2010 visit of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Rurikovich to India under the invitation of The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad has taken place. Prince has visited the cities of Bombay, Hyderabad and Calcutta.

Grand Prince has held a meeting with the faculty of The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, has presented University the books and has read lecture on the work after reconstruction of a world history and coming nearer cataclysm of the Earth.

News of Sacred Russ 16.08.2010: the second judicial session under the claim of Fund of Princes for Moscow Kremlin has taken place

Today the second session of Arbitration court of Moscow on business № А40-50010/10-109-382 about recognition of the right of term less using the Moscow Kremlin behind Fund of Princes with consideration of an affair in essence from 13-30 till has taken place.

Respondents is the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Federal agency on management of the state property were on session in quantity four person. At session there were numerous correspondents and film crews of three television channels: Ren TV, 5 channel and RBC.

Judge A.A. Grechishkin has declared to the parties the beginning of consideration of an affair in essence.

The claimant has from its part transferred Judge A.A. Grechishkinu the Petition about requirement proofs in which has demanded from Respondents to give the following documents, the citation:

« On the basis of stated and according to an item 66 agrarian and industrial complexes of the Russian Federation, I ASK:
1. To obtain on demand from TBTI CAO Moscow the certified copies of characteristics sheets or the information concerning presence of cadastral number at buildings and constructions of the Moscow Kremlin;
2. To obtain on demand from Management of Rosnedvizhimost on the city of Moscow the certified copy of the cadastral passport or the information concerning presence of cadastral number at the ground area of the Moscow Kremlin »

Respondents have acted with brief explanations of impossibility of satisfaction of the Petition of Fund of Princes and have asked the judge to stop business, referring on a veil of privacy.

The claimant has noticed what not all objects of the Moscow Kremlin are confidential objects. If part of objects is confidential, it is enough to us to receive cadastral number of a building or a construction.

With the brief reference on court Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich has acted.

Having studied reasons of the parties, Judge A.A. Grechishkin has declared a break in session and has left for removal of Definition of court concerning the Petition of the Claimant.

In fifteen minutes Judge A.A. Grechishkin has announced Definition of court in which has completely supported the requirement of the Claimant and in the rigid form has demanded from Respondents of granting of the required documentation within one month. Then it has appointed final session of court with consideration of an affair in essence for removal of the verdict to October 18, 2010 at 13-30 o'clock.

Fund of Princes expresses the satisfaction judicial session, wisdom and courage of Judge A.A. Grechishkin who have accepted uneasy decisions for him. Judge A.A. Grechishkin has proved to be as the true patriot of Russia and Sacred Russ.

After session of court correspondents of TV have organized shooting in hall Arbitration court of Moscow. They expected interview from representatives of respondents. However respondents have asked the judge and judicial police officers to take advantage of a service output through a room of sessions of court and secretly, in a panic have left a building.

Grand Prince and correspondents have not waited respondents and have gone away on the affairs.
