The mankind builds huge objects – hydroelectric power stations and water basins accompanying them. Only in Russia them is 13 pieces. Worldwide is some tens stations. And concrete giants have concentrated water basins in small places of weight of water and substance on tens billions tons. For an example are volumes of water basins make: Bratsk is 169 cubic kilometers or 169 billion tons waters, Sayano-Shushensk is 31 cubic Km, Kuybeshev is 58 cubic Km, Bureysk is 20 cubic Km, etc. In total it is located on a surface of the Earth outside of natural conditions not less than 2 billion tons of the substance connected to power. Irrespective of accuracy of our forecasts, the civilization of Gold billion is doomed for self-destruction. It is impossible to return billions tons of substance on the natural places, to stop warming an atmosphere, to return ice to Arctic regions and Antarctic.
